On Saturdays I list several blog posts from the week that I thought were really good. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.
Today marks our five-year wedding anniversay! I am amazed that it has already been five years. It still seems like yesterday was our wedding day, and we both said “I do”. Five years and one baby later, and we’re still going strong. I’d like to publicly announce how awesome my wife is. She takes care of our little boy, chases him around all day, and is still able to get things done around the house and put a great home-cooked meal on the table. I tell her all the time that I’d marry her all over again, and I really mean it. Amanda, I love you!
This week has been very busy at work. We’re in the heart of vacation season, so I’ve had to help cover for people that were out this week. On the bright side, the tables are turned next week because I have the week off from work. My wife and I are doing a little kitchen remodeling by painting our kitchen cabinets and replacing the hardware on them. It should be interesting, and hopefully it all goes smoothly. I’ll be writing several posts next week about the process and let you all know how it goes (complete with pictures of before, during, and after).
